I'm April Bay, the creator behind AprilBayFiles — a true crime platform dedicated to uncovering stories, amplifying voices, and bringing awareness to the cases that deserve it most.
I've always believed that some stories refuse to stay buried. Behind every headline is a real person, a real family, and often a community still searching for answers. What started as a passion for storytelling has grown into a mission: to shine a light on victims, keep important cases in the public eye, and help ensure that the people at the center of these stories are never forgotten.
Through courtroom coverage, case breakdowns, missing persons advocacy, and deep-dive investigations, I work to bridge the gap between information and awareness. My goal isn't just to tell a story — it's to make people care about it. Because awareness creates conversations, conversations create action, and sometimes action can make all the difference.
My approach is equal parts storyteller and advocate. I love taking complex cases and turning them into compelling narratives that people can connect with, while never losing sight of the human beings behind the facts. Whether it's a nationally known case or a story that hasn't received the attention it deserves, I believe every victim matters and every family deserves to know their loved one's story is being heard.
If you're here, you're part of that mission too. Every view, share, comment, and conversation helps bring more eyes to these cases and more awareness to the people who need it most. Together, we can keep asking questions, seeking truth, and making sure these stories continue to be told.
Because some stories deserve more than headlines — they deserve to be remembered.
